Hi there, my name is Marie. I am a British ex pat who lives in Germany with one very cute child.
Living in Germany means that I rarely get to talk English and I decided to turn to writing to avoid turning into a big ball of communication free mush.
The name of the website, ‘One Adult One Child’, stems from making so many holiday bookings for me and my eldest, and now youngest, daughter. I have certainly had some experiences out and about and travelling around in a one adult, one child team.
Other interests that I enjoy, and will be writing about, include knitting, taking photos, cooking and eating food, and attempting, unsuccessfully so far, to make a few million euros.
